To whom it may concern,

Have only lived in Wales for 20 years I have seen some mad things happen because of the Welsh Assembly, how ever nothing compares to this, then speed restrictions that have been imposed are having a massive effect on fuel consumption and time delays for workers that need to drive for their employment, this includes Care Workers, It will be shown in months and years to come that it' will and has had a massively detrimental impact on business in all sectors. 

I have always believed in devolution for Scotland And Wales how ever this ridiculous move as well as adding more AMs is the last straw, the faster the Welsh government is dissolved and handed back.to Westminster the better.
